1. Do you offer delivery?
We apologize, but we do not offer delivery services. All items purchased from the Joliet ReStore, both in-store and online, must be picked up at our ReStore location: 1395 N. Larkin Ave., Joliet.
2. What is your return policy?
Because our prices are already greatly reduced and our funds support Habitat for Humanity, we do not accept returns once your merchandise has left our store.
However, if you are not satisfied with your online purchase at the time of pick-up, you will be offered a refund or store credit. (It may take up to 3-5 business days for your account to be credited.)
3. How do I shop online?

Pick-up is located at the north end of our building. Enter through the orange cones.

A Habitat team member will assist in loading your item. Please wear a mask and social distance as we will be doing the same.
